Formation Commission Mission Statement
By the grace of God, we have been called to form disciples of Christ, who through life long faith formation and active participation in the Church help create a more loving and just world.
1st year Goal:
Create “Covenant booklet” i.e. procedure manual for the formation commission with a deadline of stewardship weekend 2013.
2nd year Goal:
Develop lists of ministries and of effective forms of media to be used to promote “Formation Program of the Month” to the community over the next 2 years.
3rd year Goal:
Devote 10 minutes of each monthly Commission meeting to reporting on community feedback about formation programs to create a 3 year collection of information.
St. Ignatius Loyola Catholic Community Formation includes: Early Childhood through Adult, RCIA, Youth Ministry, Young Adult Ministry, Mother's Day Out, Nursery, That Man Is You and Vocations.

The Formation Commission is currently working on the establishment of a Young Adult Ministry. This ministry is intended for young adults from college age through 35.
