Several events are scheduled throughout the year for family spiritual growth as well as to build friendships and community for everyone in our parish. Mark your calendars and join us.
2010 - 2011 Events
September 22, 2010 - See You at the Pole Breakfast
'See You at the Pole' is a national event encouraging students to join in prayer outside their schools before classes begin. All children and youth are invited to join us for breakfast in the Social Hall before continuing to school to pray around their flag pole.
October 30, 2010 - Halloween Carnival
All preschool and elementary age children are invited to participate in games and activities on Saturday afternoon from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m.
December 4, 2010 - Family Caroling and Movie
Families are urged to participate in Christmas caroling followed by hot chocolate and a movie.
December 19, 2010 - Live Nativity Event
Following the Sunday, 5:15 PM. Mass. Located around the Legacy Garden in front of the church, all parishioners are invited to walk through six scenes depicting the story of Jesus' birth. The event is scheduled from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m.
March 8, 2011 - Mardi Gras Event
Join us on "Fat Tuesday" as we celebrate the end of Mardi Gras in a big way. Located in the Social Hall, bring a dish to share and join in the parade and revelry. Visit the coffee shop and try your luck with the table activities as we make new friends and catch up with old acquaintances.
March 17, 2011 - Elementary Skating Party
Celebrate St. Patrick's Day at the Fellowship Roller Rink on Fellowship Lane. All elementary age children and their families are invited to attend from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m.
April 24, 2011 - Easter Egg Hunt
All preschool and elementary age children are invited to join us on Easter Sunday at 3:00 p.m. to hunt down those Easter eggs and have a visit with the Easter Bunny.
Opportunities are available for parishioners to assist with planning, decorating and leading activities. Contact the Formation Department for more information.
