Our parish library is a wonderful resource for books on the Catholic faith, lives of the Saints and inspirational reading. We also have books on topics such as parenting, grief, and relationships. The library is located in the yellow room of the Christus Center and is open any time the building is open. The library operates on a "self-serve" system and books can be checked out simply by filling out the card located in the book pocket.
Looking for a certain book? Email firstname.lastname@example.org
. We will let you know if we have it. If we don't have it, we will try to get it.
Want to mark a special occasion or remember someone by donating a book? See the "Wish List" on this page for available titles and suggested donations. Complete the Library Donation Form and turn in to the church office with the suggested donation. Contact email@example.com
or Cathy McCue at 281-655-1344 if you would like to donate a book that is not on the list or if you have any questions. Donation forms are also available in the library.
The Library also accepts donations of used books which can be dropped off at the church office at any time. Some of the books received as donations are used in the library. If the books cannot be used in the library, the books are sold and the profits support the parish or the library.
If you have an interest in seeing our library grow, consider joining the Library Ministry. You don't need any library experience and time commitment is minimal. Library Ministry members are needed to help with book sales and other fundraisers. Library Ministry members help determine where the funds raised will be used and ensure the purchases meet the library's mission statement. Library Ministry members can also participate in work days that involve taking inventories or other tasks related to maintaining the library's collection. For more information on the Library Ministry, contact or Cathy McCue at 281-655-1344.
