The traditional St. Joseph Altar will be held Saturday, March 1st, to honor St. Joseph, patron of the Universal Church, workers, a happy death, chaste spouse of the Blessed Virgin Mary and foster father of Jesus.
Continuing in the Sicilian tradition, the altar, or table, is complete with the customary foods, all the work of our own parishioners. Come on join us for this great feast as we give thanks to St. Joseph for the many blessings of his intercession.
A traditional spaghettii dinner will be served. Donations are accepted to offset the costs and all proceeds will go to feed the hungry in our area.
The evening also includes a wonderful bake sale of traditional Italian cookies and pastries. What is not sold at the altar will be for sale following the Sunday morning Masses on March 2nd.
