"If he asks humility of us, He first humiliated Himself; if He asks renouncement of us, He first renounced Himself. He had done more, He had gone beyond what He asks of us; He humbled Himself even to annihilation; He renounced himself even to the cross."
- Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius of Loyola
The Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius of Loyola are a spiritual treasure of the Church which bring the reader closer to Christ through a series of powerful reflections. Join us Sunday mornings this fall as we pray with the "Call of the King" reflection, in which we consider what kind of King Jesus is, and our own response to His call to follow Him and share in his mission, building the Kingdom of God. This free four-week series will meet Sundays from 8:45-9:45 a.m. in Faber Center, from October 23 - November 20.
