St. Ignatius Loyola believes in and offers opportunities for life-long faith formation. We offer children's faith formation classes for preschool children through high school seniors. Ages/grades are divided as follows:
Open registration for faith formation classes begins on August 1, 2016
- Early Childhood - age 4 (as of September 1 of the current school year) through Kindergarten
- Elementary - Grades 1-5
- Junior High - Grades 6-8
- High School -Grades 9-12
. You can come by the church office to register in person.
Classes will start on Sept 18, 20, 21, 2016.

Class Times for Preschool to Grade 12
Grade 2 Students preparing for Reconciliation and Eucharist
||Gr. 6-8 EDGE***
||High School- Life Night and Confirmation
||Grades 1-8 and Grades 3-8 BF**
: Prerequisite grade 1 formation class. If in grade 2 at school, and this will be the first year of faith formation, note this on the registration form. Your child will be in a year 1 formation class and will prepare for sacraments the following year.
**BF = Basic Formation class (Grades 3– 8)
: Children baptized Catholic, beginning their first year of preparation for First Reconciliation and First Eucharist. NOTE: If your child is not baptized, contact the Formation Office.
***Jr. High EDGE
: EDGE is the primary Junior High Formation that presents the Catholic faith using the relational ministry model. It is developmentally appropriate and meets the educational, physical, social, emotional, and spiritual needs of junior high youth. EDGE is hands on, and allows the youth to be involved in their faith formation. Sundays 3:30-5:00 PM. The other option for Jr. High students is traditional faith formation class, available on Tuesday evenings at 6:30 PM.
HIGH SCHOOL FORMATION
Our weekly faith formation class for high school students takes place on Sunday evenings from 7:00 to 8:30pm. Students are expected to have regular attendance during their 9th and 10th grade years, and are then able to enter into the Confirmation preparation process.
Confirmation classes are for the juniors or seniors who have satisfied their previous requirements and are ready for their immediate preparation.
Post-Confirmation: Seniors who have been Confirmed can apply to be a member of our A-Team. Tuition is $15; Food cards are only $25.
EC and Elementary Tuition
1 student - $70; after 8/27 - $85
2 students - $120; after 8/27 - $135
3 or more students - $150; after 8/27 - $165
Jr. High and High School Tuition (to be finalized):
