Registration for students in grades PK-12 will begin in June. Registration will be available online. Forms will also be available in the parish office.
New Expectation for Registration this Year Parents, when you brought your child for baptism, you promised to raise them in the faith of Christ and His Church. Your involvement in formation ministry is a beautiful fulfilment of this promise. Moreover, it is necessary! We cannot serve the hundreds of students who enroll in our programs each year, without the activie participation of parents and other caring adults.
Therefore, as a way of fulfilling the promises made, beginning in Fall 2022 parents are expected to choose a service opportunity in our faith formation program when they register their child(ren) for classes. There are opportunities to serve on a weekly, monthly or occasional basis as well as many ways to serve: teaching, providing snacks, supervising in the hallways during classes, chaperoning field trips, etc.
This expectation for parent involvement is likely familiar to parents who have enrolled their students in scouting programs, sports teams, or dance/ theater groups. By including our parents in formation in such an intentional way, we hope to not only increase the number of students we are able to serve each year, but also to strengthen the Domestic Church in your home.

Safe Environment One of the most important ways we serve out children and youth is by providing them with a safe environment. All adults age 18+ who participate in parish ministry must complete the online CMG safe environment course and pass a criminal background check. This includes parent volunteers. Click here to read more about CMG and sign up for training.
